[VB] Update Notification Code

Today I would like to share the app update code for the application. This code is written for Visual Basic, everyone. Whoever needs it, take it ;)

In the above code, you need to change the txt link ;) so that when you change the ip in that txt file, the app will notify you that the application is old ;)
